Age Verification and Compliance

ACE TRADING CANADA LTD. complies with the age of buyers as prescribed by federal and provincial e-cigarette sales laws. Purchasers must meet the following age requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older: AB, MB, SK, QC
  • 19 years of age or older: ON, BC, NB, NL, BT, NB, NU, YT
  • 21 years of age or older: PE

All shipments are delivered to adults only. Minors should not purchase products from our site. Orders returned due to failure to prove age will not be refunded. Please ensure compliance with our age policy before purchasing.

All costs are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • Flat Shipping Cost: $30
  • Free Shipping: 
    For orders of non-Disposable Vape products exceeding $500 (before tax).
    or orders of Disposable Vape products exceeding $1,000 (before tax).

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-10 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Multiple Shipments: Depending on inventory availability, your order may be sent in multiple shipments.

 

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days after processing.

 

Delivery Areas

  • Canada: We deliver to all provinces and territories except NU, YT, NT, and NL regions. Some remote areas may require additional time and incur extra costs.
  • International: Contact customer service for specific shipping rates. Duties and VAT are the responsibility of the receiver.

Due to varying vaping laws, certain products cannot be delivered to specific areas. Orders may be canceled unilaterally before delivery if they violate local laws.

 

Special Conditions

  • Residential Deliveries: Additional charges may apply due to street weight limitations requiring smaller trucks.
  • Liftgate Services: For deliveries to locations without a dock, liftgate services will incur extra fees.
  • Dangerous Goods: Products classified as dangerous goods may be subject to additional shipping regulations and fees.

 

Inspection and Claims

  • Inspection: Inspect all shipments upon receipt. Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing.
  • Freight Damage: Do not sign for damaged goods. If minor damage is found after acceptance, contact customer service immediately.
  • Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit and properly noted on the bill of lading.

 

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-20 business days for order processing. This does not include transit time.
  • Customs Documentation: Customers are responsible for providing specific shipping documents required to clear customs.

 

Orders Returned Without Delivery

If the provided address is inaccurate or incomplete, or if the delivery is returned due to the customer's failure to pick it up before the deadline at the post office, a flat-rate delivery fee of $30 will be applied. If a refund is requested in this situation, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as a restocking fee.
